MUSIC CITY CARES FUND
DONATION FROM OCTOBER 6 SHOW AT HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO VIA THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE WILL FURTHER NASHVILLE’S SUPPORT TO LAS VEGAS
In light of the horrific tragedy that occurred in Las Vegas on Sunday night, Kings of Leon has pledged unwavering support for Las Vegas. The band has announced that all net proceeds from their Oct. 6 Las Vegas tour date at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will be donated to The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee’s Music City Cares Fund. The donation to the CFMT fund will be directed to support Las Vegas nonprofits helping with immediate and long-term needs of the Route 91 Harvest festival shooting victims.
“Following the horrific events of this past weekend in Las Vegas, which have touched so many here and beyond, including members of our own Hard Rock Las Vegas family, we are honored to help the victims, their families and first responders for their heroic efforts,” said Jody Lake, chief operating officer at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas.
