ATOMIC MUSEUM ANNOUNCES PARTICIPATION IN THIS YEAR’S GIVING TUESDAY WITH $5,000 MATCH
Donors Invited to Double Their Impact Now – Dec. 3
The Atomic Museum announces its participation in this year’s Giving Tuesday with up to $5,000 of donations matched from now to Tuesday, Dec. 3. This year’s matching donation is thanks to the generous support of Covelop Collaborative Development.
Donations support fuel more than just preservation—it sparks innovation. This year, the Atomic Museum is focusing on expanding their STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) educational programs for Nevada’s youth. Aiming to foster curiosity, innovation and scientific exploration, positioning the Atomic Museum as a cornerstone of education in this community. As a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform communities, donations made during this year’s Giving Tuesday campaign will also help preserve and foster public accessibility to the history associated with the Nevada Test Site, now known as the Nevada National Security Sites, and the nation’s nuclear weapons program.
To help continue to facilitate education and awareness of the science and technology associated with the past, present and future of the nation’s nuclear weapons testing and national security programs, donations for Giving Tuesday can be made here.
