Cult-favorite Emmy Squared Pizza is making its Las Vegas debut at Swingers – the adults-only crazy golf club and immersive entertainment experience opening Nov. 8 at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. The Brooklyn-founded concept will bring its famous frico-crusted Detroit-style pizzas, award-winning burgers and indulgent starters to The Strip for the first time. Guests can enjoy these bold-flavored offerings paired with Swingers’ signature craft cocktails exclusive to the Las Vegas flagship location.

EMMY SQUARED PIZZA
Emmy Squared Pizza delivers a one-of-a-kind experience by combining a New York-style grandma pie with a Detroit-style pizza. Then, takes it up a notch with signature sauces, high-quality ingredients, fluffy, focaccia-like dough with a crispy bottom and caramelized, cheese edging known as frico crust. Menu highlights include:
- Frico-Crusted Detroit-style Pizzas: Emmy Squared Pizza’s irresistible options include the MVP, with house-made vodka sauce, red sauce, parsley pesto and a sesame seed crust; the Roni Supreme, a combination of red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni and Calabrian chili; the Big Hawaiian, topped with Ezzo pepperoni, crispy bacon, pineapple and a chile glaze; and the Colony, pairing red sauce with Ezzo pepperoni, pickled jalapeños and a drizzle of sweet honey. All pizzas can be made to be gluten-free and/or vegan.
- Signature Burgers: Dig into overflowing sandwiches and burgers served on toasted pretzel buns. This includes the famed Le Big Matt Burger – recognized as one of the top burgers in NYC and Nashville – made with a grass-fed beef patty, American cheese, sammy sauce, greens and pickles; or The Emmy Burger, featuring a grass-fed beef patty, Emmy Sauce, caramelized onions, American cheese and pickles. Both burgers have a double-stacked option for twice the fun. Those who prefer chicken can try the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, made with crispy breaded chicken, pickles, greens, radish and ranch; or a classic take on the Chicken Parm Sandwich, with breaded chicken, red sauce, mozzarella, basil and pickles.
- Swingin’ Good Starters: The whole team can fuel up on small bites and starters like Gourmet Meatballs, generously coated in house-made vodka sauce, fresh basil and pecorino; Zia Fries, perfectly seasoned waffle fries topped with crispy bacon, scallions, blanco cheddar queso and ranch; the Brussels Sprout Salad, freshly prepared with pickled red onion, cashews, blue cheese, dried cherries and a savory miso dressing; and Brooklyn Mozz Sticks, crispy hand-stretched mozzarella served with a choice of red sauce, ranch or signature sammy sauce.
