Juliet Cocktail Room Celebrates First Anniversary on August 22

Juliet Cocktail Room will celebrate its first anniversary on Thursday, Aug. 22 from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. with an extraordinary evening of libations, music, elegance and excitement that includes an open bar from 7-10 p.m., live performances from singer Mikalah Gordon beginning at 8 p.m., beats from DJ Shift beginning at 11 p.m., and elegant photo opportunities with strolling rose bouquet models. Located at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas and conceptualized by 81/82 Group CEO and Founder, Ryan Labbe, Juliet is inspired by the most beautiful, highly coveted and expensive rose in the world: the Juliet Rose. The room invites guests to step back into a bygone era of opulence and indulgence with a rich, refined and intimate ambiance with Victorian-inspired decor.
“We are incredibly proud of what we’ve created with Juliet Cocktail Room,” Labbe said. “This anniversary celebration is our way of thanking our patrons for their support and showcasing what makes Juliet truly special.”
Expert mixologists create signature one-of-a-kind cocktails featuring unique and innovative flavors served in creative vessels, several of which will be available during the open bar, including:
- Fruit & Basil made with Elyx, fresh watermelon juice, passion fruit liqueur and fresh basil
- Lemon Grass Clouds made with Elyx, sweet vermouth, grapefruit and lemongrass smoke
- Velvet Mango made with Flecha Azul blanco, mango purée, velvet falernum and a three-citrus mint juice
- Pepino y Pineapple made with Flecha Azul blanco, pineapple, ancho reyes verde and fresh cucumber juice
In addition to a variety of signature cocktails, Moët by the glass, beer, and house red and white wine will be available during the open bar.
Since its opening, Juliet has expanded its programming to nightly performances from DJs, singers, drummers and pianists, including:
- Mondays: Juliet Live with Joseph Soul
- Tuesdays: Keys & Karaoke, piano karaoke
- Wednesdays: Spadoni Live, an all-request show
- Thursdays: Live DJ
- Fridays and Saturdays: live band from 6-9 p.m. and live DJ from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.
- Sundays: Peacock Jazz night with Skye Dee Miles
