Joe Walsh Review from Pearl at Palms show September 22nd

WOW, another great show at the Pearl Theater at Palms Resort Casino. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member Joe Walsh put on a great show. The place was packed with GenX’s. Instead of the usual concert aromas there was an odd blend of booze, rogaine, metamucil and ben-gay. The crowd awoke from their slumber and finally called the band out to the stage and the concert started a little fashionably late. Joe came out on stage with 8 other musicians and went straight into the show. He doesn’t talk a lot but still has an incredible proficiency with the guitar and the band and show was very tight. His set list included James Gang, Eagles and solo work was appreciated by all. From James Gang Funk49 to the title track of his newest solo cd Analog Man we’re talking about over 40 years of musical prowess. Double WOW WOW. The crowd became more and more engaged in the show and at the end was nearing a frenzied level that probably has been dormant for quite a while. The Pearl Theater at the Palms Resort Casino is a perfect place to see a show. Small enough to ensure a personal show but large enought to attract big names and create a big concert feel. The sound system and video system is fantastic, the seats and seating are comfortable and they offer a wide variety of options and “refreshments”. All housed in one of the hottest resort casinos in Vegas – The Palms. So, we’re telling you about this great show so that the next time you hear us announce a show on Vegas24Seven.com/247-Las-Vegas.com you’ll get your butt in gear and go get tickets. That’s how it works!!!!
