Chicken N Pickle to Open New Location in Las Vegas Suburb of Henderson
New entertainment destination opening November 19 is first Chicken N Pickle in Nevada
and features indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, craft cocktails and chef-driven casual restaurant
Chicken N Pickle will host grand opening week of special events with giveaways, open-play pickleball and family fun!
Chicken N Pickle – the original indoor/outdoor “eatertainment” complex with a casual, chef-driven restaurant, pickleball courts, sports bar and variety of yard games – is serving up a new location in Henderson. The brand’s Las Vegas metro-area facility will celebrate its grand opening all day on November 19 at 3381 Saint Rose Parkway with giveaways, open-play pickleball and lots of family friendly fun.
The new Henderson Chicken N Pickle is the first location in Nevada for the first-to-market concept that blends the popular social sport of pickleball, a chef-driven restaurant and dedication to community.
Situated at the corner of Saint Rose and Maryland Parkways, Chicken N Pickle Henderson offers a three-acre, multi-level unique indoor/outdoor experience. With over 38,000 square feet inside the fence, it features dining areas on two levels, a sports bar, six indoor and eight covered outdoor pickleball courts, a dog park, beer gardens and brunch buffet along with ping pong, shuffleboard, cornhole, battleship, giant Jenga and other yard games. Chicken N Pickle Henderson also offers “pickleball for ALL,” with sports wheelchairs and “all abilities” programming.
“At Chicken N Pickle, we invented the idea of combining high-quality food, craft cocktails and the ever-growing sport of pickleball,” said Brad Clarke, CEO. “We think of our concept as the coolest backyard you’ll never want to leave – there’s something for everyone at Chicken N Pickle. Guests visit our properties seeking an experience, and one of the most rewarding things we see is people connecting with family and friends on our pickleball courts or game yard, or over great food and drinks, all under one roof.”
Backed by NFL stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, Chicken N Pickle is the fastest-growing pickleball entertainment concept in the country. The company has opened 11 locations (Henderson is the 11th) since 2017, with five more locations in Texas, Indiana, Nebraska and Colorado scheduled for completion by early 2026. And while Taylor Swift hasn’t yet mentioned pickleball or pickled chicken sandwiches on tour — she’s dating Kelce, who is among investors who pumped $10 million into the chain last year — the latest Chicken N Pickle expansion sends a clear message: pickleball is exploding and seeing unprecedented growth.
Besides Henderson, Chicken N Pickle also can be found in North Kansas City and St. Charles, Missouri; Overland Park and Wichita, Kansas; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; San Antonio, Grand Prairie, Grapevine and Webster, Texas; and Glendale, Arizona.
“We are committed to remaining the best-in-class pickleball entertainment destination as we expand nationally, without sacrificing personal touch and local connections in each market,” said Dave Johnson, founder of Chicken N Pickle. “Each of our facilities attracts over 650,000 annual visitors, so we’re confident Chicken N Pickle will become a go-to attraction in Henderson.”
Grand Opening Week
To make things even better, Chicken N Pickle will host a grand opening WEEK of special events from Tuesday, November 19, to Sunday, November 24, featuring giveaways, raffles, open-play pickleball and lots of family-friendly fun. Details about each day’s activities can be found here: https://chickennpickle.com/henderson-events/
Chef-Driven Restaurant
Using responsibly raised, antibiotic- and hormone-free chicken, the menu includes delicious, rotisserie dishes available in four different seasonings, pork and beef sandwiches, as well as signature hand-cut fries and tots. Other items include classic choices and guest favorites like smoked wings and the PowerBowl. Rotating seasonal menu items, a sports bar and elevated cocktails round out offerings at Chicken N Pickle, which also hosts temporary “experiences within an experience.”
Supporting the Henderson Community
Chicken N Pickle is committed to giving back to the communities it serves through philanthropic and service-oriented efforts that strengthen its neighborhood. Since its opening in 2017, Chicken N Pickle has helped thousands of local charities and given back more than $5 million to local nonprofits.
In 2024 alone, Chicken N Pickle supported over 8,000 charitable organizations, hosted more than 5,500 fundraisers, and infused more than $653,000 back into local communities through in-kind donations, property give-backs and community cup campaigns. The new complex also will create 200 new local jobs.
In Henderson, Chicken N Pickle will donate all tips during the “mock service week” (November 11-16) to the Henderson Police Officers Association Charitable Foundation, which provides charitable and educational support services to local youth and adults.
Like every location, Chicken N Pickle Henderson employs a full-time community impact coordinator whose job is to “find a way every day to make a positive impact in the community” through service-oriented endeavors.
“We’re thrilled to be part of the Henderson community and prove that you can be a successful, growing company while also generously giving back,” said Kelli Alldredge, president of Chicken N Pickle. “Come on in, wear your comfortable shoes, and try our signature best-in-class pickleball entertainment concept. Meanwhile, you’ll see us out supporting the local community daily through charitable activities. At Chicken N Pickle ‘our hearts are local’ because we work with local nonprofits, support area schools and bring hundreds of new jobs to every community we enter.”
The Chicken N Pickle Foundation, formed in 2020, works in partnership with local health and wellness charities to create long-lasting solutions to community needs. One such example is the company’s support of local pediatric hospice organizations with donations totaling more than $15,000. The “our hearts are local” mantra extends to Chicken N Pickle’s internal community as well. The Employee Hardship Fund can be tapped for financial support when employees face unforeseen life disruptions, and the company also provides employee scholarship opportunities.
