From crispy beer-battered perfection to grilled goodness, these seafood sensations are reeling in all the attention. Whether guests prefer a squeeze of lime, a dollop of crema or a sprinkle of fresh cilantro, the offerings below are sure to have them hooked on these coastal classics.
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, the vibrant Mexican hacienda in Downtown Summerlin, serves beer-battered fish tacos, featuring crispy Mahi-Mahi in corn tortillas topped with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo and chipotle sour cream, accompanied by Mexican-style rice and beans for $23.95. Guests can complement the dish with a handcrafted margarita or a cold Mexican beer from the Cantina, which offers more than 40 tequilas and signature cocktails. For those celebrating Dry January, Pancho’s will also be mixing up non-alcoholic versions of its beloved margaritas for $8 and a non-alcohol paloma for $9. The restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., offering a festive setting for an authentic dining experience. 
Borracha Mexican Cantina at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson blends flavorful Mexican cuisine with handcrafted cocktails in a vibrant, Día de los Muertos-inspired setting. Guests can enjoy marinated mahi mahi tacos, featuring either grilled mahi with shredded cabbage, sweet and sour aioli, pico de gallo and sliced avocado or Baja-style deep-fried mahi in corn tortillas with avocado, served with a kale and corn salad for $19. Borracha is open from 4 to 10 p.m. Monday through Wednesday; 4 to 11 p.m. Thursday; 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. Friday; 11 to 12 a.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday. 
Tailgate Social, part of Palace Station’s vibrant lineup of food and beverage offerings, is a high-energy sports bar and grill known for its flavorful menu and extensive beer selection, featuring everything from domestic favorites to hard-to-find brews. Among its standout dishes are the grilled fish tacos, made with mahi mahi, chipotle aioli, guacamole, pico de gallo and sweet cabbage, priced at $19.
