Is It Just a Crush? Feel the Love with a Valentine’s Day Dinner at CRUSH American Grill
Morton Group’s CRUSH American Grill at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino will celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special dish and cocktail pairing, available from Friday, Feb. 14 through Sunday, Feb. 16.
Exclusively for the weekend, CRUSH will offer seared yellowfin ahi tuna, prepared with poached raisins, purple cauliflower, pine nuts, Sicilian Castelvetrano olives and pee wee potatoes, priced at $36. Guests can complement their meal with the specialty Punch, Drunk, Love cocktail, made with mint-infused Hendrick’s Gin, Lillet Rosé, fresh watermelon juice and fresh lime juice, priced at $15.
CRUSH’s full menu will also be available, including the 8-ounce filet mignon, served with fingerling potatoes and sweet onions, topped with blue cheese fondue, priced at $53; shrimp risotto with roasted tomatoes and basil, priced at $34; and Togarashi sea bass, served with braised kale and tomato chutney, priced at $39.
