Caspian’s Cocktails & Caviar at Caesars Palace, Clique Hospitality’s new caviar bar and live music speakeasy, dials up the rock ‘n’ roll with a fusion of caviar and live band karaoke at Caviar Karaoke every Thursday starting at 10:30 p.m. Reservations are encouraged and are available here.
Ripping up the rulebook on refind, Caspian’s blends indulgences with a shot of rockstar swagger, where elegance collides with edge. The rebellious spirit is boldly showcased in the lounge’s Caviar Karaoke, where every Thursday, guests are invited to sip, snack and slay on stage with a live band as they belt out their favorite rock anthems.
Before and after owning the stage with their favorite tunes, guests can fuel up on inventive caviar bites such as caviar waffles, topped with chives, crème fraîche and sturgeon caviar; the deviled eggs made with yuzu aioli and sriracha, then topped with caviar, crispy shallots and micro chervil; and the Caspian’s Chips & Dip, Kaluga caviar with house-made French onion dip and served with Pringles for a rebellious twist, among others. To wash it down or for a dash of liquid courage, Caspian’s bartenders will craft a rockin’ lineup of cocktails as daring as the vibes. Try the sweet and tangy Strawberry Muse, made with strawberry-infused Tanqueray 10 Gin, Aperol, lemon, simple syrup and bitters; or the refreshing and powerful Citrus Ember, made with Don Julio Blanco Tequila, Yellow Chartreuse, Campari, honey, lime and Fever-Tree ginger beer, among others.
The cocktail lounge at Caspian’s is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily, with the kitchen closing at midnight nightly. The live music speakeasy is open from 8 p.m. – 2 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 6 p.m. – 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
