Hakkasan Las Vegas, located inside MGM Grand, will celebrate New Year’s Eve on Dec. 31 with a specialty gala dinner for its guests. The celebratory menu is priced at $188 per guest with seating availability at 6 p.m., 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., with a special seating for VIP nightclub guests at 8:30 p.m.

 

The menu begins with a steamed dim sum platter, complete with abalone shumai, a steamed Chilean sea bass roll with oyster dressing, a black truffle river prawn dumpling, a lobster and Chinese chives dumpling, as well as a seared Boston scallop in light Szechuan pepper sauce with Tsar Nicoulai Reserve caviar. Following the first course, guests will enjoy a peking duck foie gras roll with cucumber and scallion. For the main course, guests will indulge in the wok fried lobster with sweet chili sauce, the wok seared Wagyu beef with bok choi and steamed lotus rice. For dessert, guests will enjoy a pecan & caramel delice, served with caramelized white chocolate and pecan mousse, vanilla cremeux and dulce de leche.
