Borracha Mexican Cantina and Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, both located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, will kick off 2024 and honor Dry January with specialty alcohol free-libations, available for $12 at each restaurant.
Throughout January 2024, patrons can revel in the spirit of the season without the spirits at the popular dining destinations. At Borracha, guests can sip on invigorating mocktails such as the “Blood in the Sand,” a combination of blood orange juice, agave, strawberry purée and ginger beer, crowned with a strawberry and powdered sugar garnish; “Pinky’s Up” made with hibiscus syrup, passion fruit juice, pineapple chili shrub and tonic water, complemented with a pineapple garnish; “Nice Mangos” featuring mango purée, agave, lime, ginger beer and a hibiscus float, adorned with mint and lime.
Bottiglia will set the stage for Dry January indulgence with its lineup of sophisticated mocktails, including the “Whata Peach,” featuring white peach purée, rosemary and Sprite and garnished with a lemon slice and fresh rosemary; “Amore Giardino,” made with Fever-Tree cucumber tonic water, mint, basil, lemon juice and orgeat, adorned with mint and cucumber; and the “Fiori Nero,” a blend of Fever-Tree Sicilian sparkling lemonade, hibiscus syrup, blackberries, and mint, garnished with blackberry and mint.
