Perched 800 feet above the Las Vegas Strip, The STRAT’s award-winning restaurant will offer three featured dishes for the holiday, including a strawberry and arugula salad with baby arugula, fresh strawberries, candied pecans and feta cheese, drizzled with strawberry and white balsamic vinaigrette, priced at $21; an entrée of braised lamb shoulder with pomegranate, feta cream atop a roasted garlic and za’atar-scented polenta cake, priced at $65; and a decadent and whimsical bunny-shaped carrot cake layered with pineapple compote and coconut mousse, priced at $17.
A recipient of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 26 years running, Top of the World offers an extensive selection of wines to complete the cuisine. The elegant dining room features floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of the city as the restaurant revolves 360 degrees every 80 minutes.
