Holiday Dining Hosted at Treasure Island Restaurants
Treasure Island will host holiday feasts on Dec. 25 at Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que, The Coffee Shop and Seafood Shack.
Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que
First course – choice of:
· Minted pea soup with crispy pancetta bread and sour cream
· Mixed green salad with mozzarella and heirloom tomatoes with a peach vinaigrette
Entrée:
- Honey Jack Daniels-roasted turkey served with Andouille sausage brioche stuffing, Yukon gold whipped potatoes, sautéed baby vegetables and savory gravy
Dessert:
· Pumpkin cheesecake
The menu will be available for $30 per person. Beverages not included.
The Coffee Shop
First course – choice of:
- Field greens with cherry tomatoes, hearts of palm, cucumber with a Dijon vinaigrette
- Crab bisque
Entrée:
· Broiled 16 oz. porterhouse steak with choice of mashed or pan-roasted fingerling potatoes and served with buttered fresh asparagus
Dessert:
· Apple pie served with vanilla bean ice cream
The menu will be available for $45 per person.
Seafood Shack
Seafood Shack will offer a Christmas Paella for $49.95, made with half Maine lobster, prawns, jumbo lump crabmeat, jerk style chicken, littleneck clams, smoked baby back ribs, Prince Edward Island mussels, tender calamari, Spanish chorizo and andouille sausage with saffron rice.
