Harlø Steakhouse & Bar in Downtown Summerlin® has brought back its bi-monthly tasting menu, highlighting the vibrant flavors of India throughout March and April.

Every other month, Executive Chef and Partner Gina Marinelli curates a four-course tasting menu highlighting the cuisine of a different country, priced at $95 per person. The Indian-inspired menu for March and April includes:

  • First course (choice of):
  • Mango salad made with frisée, cucumbers, peanuts and tahini vinaigrette
  • Crispy cauliflower made with ginger, red chiles, scallions and lime
  • Second course: Lentil soup served with garlic naan and raita
  • Third course (choice of):
  • Skirt steak served with cardamom butter, paneer and farmers market spinach
  • Lamb chops served with butternut squash curry and pomegranate glaze
  • Dessert: Tea and cookies with chamomile tea, mango kulfi and spiced shortbread

In May and June, Harlø Steakhouse will feature a tasting menu highlighting the flavors of Egypt.

Harlø Steakhouse is open daily at 4 p.m. Reservations are required and can be made at harlosteak.com.
