Las Vegas Hot Spot Hosts Celebratory Affair Beginning Thursday, April 16
Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant and Nightclub, the five-level culinary and nightlife mecca at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will welcome its highly anticipated second anniversary celebration with a special menu and unrivalled lineup beginning Thursday, April 16 through Sunday, April 19 including performances by Tiesto, Hardwell, Steve Aoki and Kyroman.
Kicking off the four-day celebratory weekend, the modern Cantonese culinary destination will offer guests an exceptional three-course menu for $108 per person. The featured specialties encompass a symphony of sharable dishes beginning with a Small Eat selection including: Steamed traditional dim sum platter; Crispy tiger prawns with butter and fresh curry leaf and a Spicy lamb lupin wrap. The Main Course includes a variety of seafood and protein options such as: Steamed Dover sole with dried turnip in a home-made soy sauce, Grilled fresh water prawn with homemade barbeque sauce, Wok-fried beef tenderloin with shishito peppers and bean curd and a Stir-fry spicy duck breast in claypot. Concluding the masterful roundup of plates, guests may indulge in a Raspberry mousse with milk chocolate crémeux, hazelnut dacquoise and chocolate gelato as well as a Frozen green tea parfait including a jasmine tea custard matcha chiffon and Tahitian vanilla ice cream.
Since its opening in May 2013, Hakkasan Restaurant has made its mark on the Las Vegas culinary scene offering world-class modern Cantonese cuisine, an extensive beverage program, impeccable service and an intimate ambiance. To show gratitude to guests, Hakkasan Restaurant will also be offering a complimentary champagne toast alongside the limited-edition anniversary menu. In addition, the restaurant has prepared an alluring specialty drink available for $22. The cocktail is a refreshing combination of muddled cucumber and shiso, hibiscus-infused Casa Dragones Blanco, Umeshu Aragoshi plum liqueur, vanilla syrup and lime juice, topped with Louis Roederer Brut Premier and sprinkled with gold flakes.
The celebration will continue into the evening as Hakkasan Nightclub pulls out all the stops for this special affair. Spinning during the weekend bash are fan favorite resident DJs including GRAMMY Award-winning artist Tiësto as well as Hardwell, Steve Aoki and more. The famed nightspot also is ecstatic to welcome an all new performance by Kryoman, the half man, half machine phenomenon that takes revelers into a whole new realm of reality. His debut performance will close-out the anniversary weekend Sunday, April 19.
