Available for $130 per person, the Gems of Northern Italy Wine Dinner will pair Northern Italian wines with delicious and creative plays on classic Italian dishes that award-winning Locale Italian Kitchen has become known for.
The Gems of Northern Italy Wine Dinner will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2023. Reservations will be available between 5pm-8pm at Locale Italian Kitchen – 7995 Blue Diamond Rd. #106 in the heart of Mountain’s Edge in Southwest Las Vegas. The four-course menu includes:

Hooper Hospitality Concepts (HHC) was created by hospitality veteran Andy Hooper who boasts more than two decades of culinary experience and has managed some of the biggest dining establishments in the United States, from New York City, Nashville and the Las Vegas Strip, Hooper has been an instrumental force in the development of inventive initiatives, restaurant operations, profitability and advancing the careers of his team.
