GYM CLASS HEROES TO JOIN
311 AND THE OFFSPRING AT DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS EVENTS CENTER, SATURDAY, JULY 28
American rap-rock band added to ‘Never-Ending Summer Tour’ lineup
311 and The Offspring will elevate their highly-anticipated Never-Ending Summer Tour with the addition of American rap-rock band Gym Class Heroes at Downtown Las Vegas Events Center on Saturday, July 28. A featured opening act for the tour, the group will bring their classic hits and crowd-pumping energy to Downtown Las Vegas.
Founded in 1997 by MC Travie McCoy and drummer Matt McGinley, the Gym Class Heroes merge classic elements of rap, rock and R&B to produce a cohesive and unique sound. Since formation, the group has achieved massive success in the last decade including award-winning singles like “Cupid’s Chokehold,” hitting number four on Billboard’s Hot 100; “Stereo Hearts;” and “A** Back Home.” In 2011, Gym Class Heroes united to release Papercut Chronicles II, a sequel to their 2003 label debut, Papercut Chronicles.
Tickets can be purchased at www.dlvec.com and start at $32.11 plus applicable fees. Doors for the show open at 7:00 p.m. In addition, the venue will offer a Memorial Day Weekend special for a $20 all-in ticket. This offer must be purchased at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center box office between May 26th – 28th.
