Third Annual “Take Me Out to Vegas” at the World’s Largest Sportsbook to Feature “Moms Drink Free” Special, All-American Ballpark Eats and More
Step up to the plate! Circa Resort & Casino‘s “Take Me Out to Vegas” experience will return to the world’s largest sportsbook for baseball’s opening day on March 27. As the destination transforms into a hub for America’s favorite pastime, baseball legend Greg Maddux will throw the ceremonial first pitch in honor of the Baller Dream Foundation to kick off the season. The day will continue with a “Moms Drink Free” special, classic ballpark eats from American Coney Island and more.
Throughout the day, baseball fans can catch all 14 opening day games on the sportsbook’s 78-million-pixel screen. The “Take Me Out to Vegas” starting lineup includes:
- First Pitch Ceremony Featuring Greg Maddux: Maddux will accompany Circa’s Vice President of Operations Mike Palm during a first pitch ceremony on an official mound in front of the sportsbook. The ceremony begins at 11:45 a.m., with the first game of Milwaukee and New York starting at 12:05 p.m.
- American Coney Island Coney Dogs: Fans can feast on a classic ballpark treat as vendors deliver American Coney Island’s world-famous coney dogs to guests. The Coney Dog comprises of a high-quality, specially seasoned Dearborn sausage hotdog, smothered in secret recipe chili sauce and topped with fine mustard and sweet chopped onions.
- Complimentary Apple Pie: For a day as American as apple pie, vendors will hand out complimentary crisp and golden slices in the spirit of game day.
- Moms Drink Free: MVP moms can drink for free all day long! Beverages include service from Circa’s cocktail servers and a selection of beers from traditional style beer hawkers.
- Seating Options: Fans can book a variety of seating options within the sportsbook, including:
- Circa Sports Suites: Private suites include tables, chairs and video poker machines for up to 12 people.
- Champions Club: The Champions Club section has family-style seating in the center of the sportsbook.
- Circa Club Upper: Get a bird’s-eye view of the book with a spot in the Circa Club Upper section. Each table gives viewers a space to enjoy top-notch service and luxury booth seating.
- Circa Club Lower: These tables in the Circa Club Lower section are perfect for medium-to-large groups.
- Legends Club: Spectators can get a front-row view with plush recliners in the Legends Club, located directly in front of the book’s screen.

Maddux will return to Circa for the third annual Baller Dream Foundation Celebrity Poker Tournament, June 7-8. This celebrity-filled event donates all net proceeds to support the non-profit’s mission of assisting courageous young warriors affected by cancer and their families.
