Mae Daly’s launches new Bar Room Menu filled with classic steakhouse flavors
Steakhouse puts a twist on Valentine’s Day celebration offering standard menu and celebrates ‘Open that Bottle Night’
Mae Daly’s Fine Steaks and Whiskeys puts a spin on classic comforts as it launches its Bar Room Menu. The love continues this February with some fun special items for Valentine’s Day this February 14 and free corkage all night on February 22 in honor of Open that Bottle Night.
Those looking to kick off the night with some smaller bites packed with big flavor will love Mae Daly’s new Bar Room Menu. The new menu is great for those looking to get in and out before a show or have a more casual experience in the bar area while still enjoying the elevated steakhouse flavors Mae Daly’s is known for.
The new Bar Room Menu includes:
- Blood Mary Shrimp Cocktail ($26): tender jumbo shrimp with diced vegetables and covered in Mae Daly’s homemade Bloody Mary cocktail sauce
- French Onion Soup ($18): classic French Onion Soup with toasted brioche, Parmigiano-Reggiano and gruyere cheese
- Tricolor Salad ($17): baby arugula, endive and radicchio, tossed in a red wine vinaigrette and topped with shaved parmesan cheese
- Mae Daly’s Grill Platter ($38): medallion of prime filet mignon, grilled Mary’s chicken and hot sausage
- Traditional Chicken Wings ($19): Eight chicken wings perfectly done and served with Buffalo and Honey Wasabi dipping sauces
- Mister B. 8-oz. Cheeseburger ($28): served with French fries and accoutrements
- NY Strip Steak on Toast Points (sharing plate) ($36): an exceptional choice for a share plate. This prime steak flown in from Chicago will be cooled to your liking, thinly sliced and served on toast points. Three delicious dipping sauces are served on the side.
- Classic Mini Lobster Rolls ($22): Two lobster rolls with juicy Maine Lobster meat cooked to perfection
- Shrimp Scampi ($27): Four jumbo shrimp sautéed in a garlic, lemon balm sauce
A select few will get to enjoy The Romance Table, the perfect seating for two this Valentine’s Day.
On Valentine’s Day, guests can enjoy the full Mae Daly’s menu, which offers four styles of beef, all 100-percent Prime, along with a variety of seafood items from its Lobster Thermidor to Mediterranean Branzino and more.

For Valentine’s Day, the restaurant and bar created both a specialty cocktail and dessert to enhance the romance of the day:
- The Clover Club: gin, fresh lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg whites. The cocktail can be traced back to the late 1800s and Philadelphia’s Bellevue-Stratford hotel. The Clover Club is made with gin, fresh lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg whites.
- Valentine’s Day Chocolate Mousse with Strawberries and Pistachios: a decadent chocolate mousse cake for two with fresh strawberries and pistachios that combine for an explosion of pleasure and flavor.
Open that Bottle Night on Saturday, February 22
Free corkage all night at Mae Daly’s
It’s that night when that amazing bottle of wine that cannot be opened finally gets uncorked. Open that Bottle Night is a 27-year tradition where wine lovers are encouraged to join together to open that special bottle of fine wine they’ve been holding onto for years. Mae Daly’s will offer free corkage all night for those looking to celebrate over a great meal with great company.
For those interested in a great bottle of wine, but may not have one in the cellar, Mae Daly’s wine list offers a variety of delicious wines to celebrate with including its own 2022 Mae Daly’s Two Barrels, a full-bodied, 100-percent Napa Cabernet that was exclusively produced and privately labeled for Mae Daly’s steakhouse in Las Vegas. Additional options include a 2022 Kistler Chardonnay out of Sonoma Mountain or a Paul Hobbs Coombsville out of Napa Valley, among numerous others.
