Give Thanks at Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca
with a Delectable Thanksgiving Feast
Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, will invite guests to celebrate Thanksgiving with a festive prix fixe menu, available exclusively for dine-in from 1 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 23.
Executive Chef Alessandro Capuano will serve a three-course Thanksgiving meal with a rustic Italian twist. Priced at $85 per person, the feast includes the choice of starter: insalata misticanza, featuring baby kale, spring mix, toasted pecans, dried cranberries, green apples and mandarin oranges; or zuppa di porre e patate, a crafted leek and potato soup. For the main course, guests can choose between an organic turkey dinner, featuring herb butter-roasted white and dark turkey meat, served with sausage and apple stuffing, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce; mezze maniche rigate, a signature wild boar ragu; or bistecca fiorentina, a florentine steak served with grilled asparagus and pommes duchesse. The entree comes with one side, and choices include sweet pumpkin gnocchi in an alfredo spinach cream sauce orgreen beans cooked with garlic and lemon. Dessert will be a warm crostata di pumpkin served with vanilla gelato.
