Todo Bien is now open at UnCommons, serving handcrafted tiki cocktails celebrating the rich flavors of Mexico with tequila, mezcal, sotol and other spirits, and a well-curated cerveza list. Translating to “all is good” in Spanish, Todo Bien embodies the essence of hospitality, celebration, and vibrant spirit that defines Mexican culture.
Infused with unique artisanal ingredients, the cocktail list features classics including the Paloma, Cantarito and Carajillo, alongside exclusive Todo Bien creations such as:
- “Zorro,” made with Producer Mezcal, Guinness reduction, and chocolate, orange and tobacco bitters
- “Seven Serpents,” an Old Fashioned made with Abasolo Mexican Whiskey, a 100% ancestral Mexican cacahuazintle corn, Nixta, bitters and demerara
- “Night Fishing Taxi,” a margarita variation with Thai inspiration, made with rice and ginger infused Espolon Blanco, lime, thai-spice honey and Bangkok Betty Bitters
In addition to the extensive tequila menu, Todo Bien presents a diverse range of libations crafted with various spirits and housemade infusions, as well as agua frescas, low ABV cocktails and wine.
In an homage to Mexico’s cultural heritage, Todo Bien draws inspiration from the mythological tale of Mayahuel, the deity linked to the Agave plant. The Aztecs developed Agave into pulque, a fermented sap that eventually evolved into tequila. Encountering tequila gave rise to the mindset and historic saying, “todo bien,” meaning everything is going to be fine. Rooted in this sentiment, visitors to Todo Bien are immersed in an unforgettable experience assuring them that “all is good” from the moment they’re greeted to the time they leave.
With lush greenery, hanging foliage, detailed textiles and patterned rugs, the 1,300-square-foot-space is an intimate desert hideaway featuring an outdoor patio adorned with altar candles.
Todo Bien also offers a locker program with an array of incentives and perks for members including exclusive pricing on bottle service and buyouts; priority invites to tastings, classes and special events; exclusive Todo Bien tiki mugs and merchandise; personalized decanter and glassware; personalized metal tag with bottles; custom specialty cocktail; and an exclusive Member Services line with concierge service.
Todo Bien is open Tuesday through Friday from 3 p.m. to midnight and Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to late. From 3-6 p.m. on Tuesdays through Fridays, join them for “Evening Drinks” with $8 select cocktails, $5 beers and other specials.
