Special Easter Menu
WHAT: The Easter Bunny isn’t the only one who likes to get hoppy this holiday. At Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas’ guests can enjoy delicious brews full of hops that pair perfectly with a special Easter menu. The menu includes:
- Spargelsuppe “Schwarzwälder Art” – Asparagus soup “Black Forest” garnished with ham, croutons and chives
- Spargelsalat mit Shrimp – Asparagus salad with tomato vinaigrette topped with boiled shrimp
- Cordon Bleu – Breaded and pan fried pork cutlet filled with black forest ham and Swiss cheese, served with green asparagus, parsley Yukon gold potatoes and hollandaise sauce
- Frischer Erdbeerkuchen – Homemade strawberry cake served
with vanilla sauce and ice cream
Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas’ regular menus will also be available.
