General Admission at UnCommons is the place to be for sports viewing.
General Admission, a hip new sports lounge and elevated restaurant at UnCommons in southwest Las Vegas, will be an epicenter for college tournament basketball and hockey viewing throughout March and April. In addition to complimentary appetizers and drink specials and dozens of large-screen TVs, General Admission opens at 8 a.m. daily for all the tournament action.
General Admission will offer a complimentary draft beer or glass of wine and appetizer to college basketball fans wearing collegiate basketball apparel during the first week of the national tournament, from Tuesday, March 19 through Sunday, March 24, as well as to hockey fans wearing apparel representing Vegas’ hometown team during any of the team’s remaining regular season games from now through Thursday, April 18.
Fans can catch every minute of hoops and hockey action on General Admission’s 37 large-screen TVs in addition to a 163” LED screen behind the bar. When the field narrows to 16 teams, General Admission will have DJs performing live before and after games as well as during stoppages to keep the energy high throughout the tournament.
General Admission’s signature appetizers include loaded Irish nachos, made with Irish kettle chips, jalapenos, black beans, pico de gallo, lime crema and General Admission’s beer cheese sauce; and the Tokyo street tots, made with crispy tater tots, Japanese style sauces, scallions, nori, togarashi and sesame seeds; and a vegetable fritto misto, made with crispy eggplant fries, zucchini chips, San Marzano marinara, and basil aioli. General Admission offers 24 draft beers on tap including local favorites like Big Dog’s Red Hydrant, Sierra Nevada Hazy and Tenaya Creek Bonanza Brown, among others. The wine list features a diverse collection of wines by the glass crossing several varieties, including sparkling wine and rose.
General Admission is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday. Happy Hour is from 3 to 6 p.m. on Monday through Friday.
