Bel-Aire Backyard, an enchanting poolside oasis at Durango Casino & Resort in Southwest Las Vegas, returns this upcoming pool season March 7, 2025 with a stacked lineup of events, including Sunday Fundays, Aloha Fridays, a new concert series, pickleball and more.
Open daily from 10 a.m. to sunset, the 65,000-square-foot escape blends luxury with laid-back fun, offering a vibrant setting to lounge by the pool, sip handcrafted cocktails, and enjoy live music from DJs every Friday through Monday. Bel-Aire Backyard is bringing back some of its most popular events, including Pickleball Tournaments in April. The tournament combines friendly competition with the venue’s signature laid-back, poolside atmosphere, making them a favorite for pickleball enthusiasts and social players alike.
Another favorite making a return is Aloha Fridays, a series of select Friday nights transformed into tropical luaus. Guests can experience live island music, traditional Polynesian dancing, and a delicious pop-up dining experience from Durango’s Eat Your Heart Out Hall of Foods’ Ai Pono Café, creating an immersive escape into island culture without leaving Las Vegas.
Bel-Aire Backyard is extending the weekend fun with Sunday Fundays, beginning Sunday, April 27. Every Sunday, the pool will remain open until 10 p.m., offering guests extra time to bask in the sun, sip cocktails, and make the most of the lingering weekend vibes.
This May, Bel-Aire Backyard will also introduce the highly anticipated Bel-Aire Backyard Poolside Concert Series, presented by AEG Presents: Las Vegas. This series will bring top-tier musical talent to the venue’s expansive lawn for unforgettable evening concerts under the stars. The Backyard Grill, Bel-Aire Backyard’s premier poolside dining destination, will be serving upscale bites and handcrafted cocktails daily from 11 a.m. to sunset. Guests can indulge in favorites such as miso sea bass lettuce cups, the warm crab and avocado salad, and the show-stopping Bel-Aire Sushi Yacht, a lavish spread of maki rolls and nigiri paired with house-made sauces. Complementing the dining experience is an expertly curated cocktail menu, featuring refreshing options like the Fresh and Easy, a blend of Botanist gin, cucumber, mint, St. Germain, and tonic water, as well as the Under the Palms, a tropical concoction made with Cruzan rum, mint, lime, pineapple, and hibiscus simple syrup.
To enhance the experience, Daybeds are available starting at $75, and Lily Pads are available for $100, offering prime relaxation for couples and small groups. Guests looking for the ultimate VIP treatment can book cabanas, starting at $200, which come equipped with plush lounge chairs, HDTVs, refrigerators, and misting units for added comfort. For an ultra-luxurious retreat, bungalows, starting at $300, offer private seating, a personal host, an assortment of soft drinks and a complimentary fruit plate.
