The speakeasy will open at 1 p.m., ready to showcase all the action excitement on a large projection screen and additional HDTVs. Opening at 11:30 a.m., the lounge will showcase all the action across multiple screens and its state-of-the-art sound system for an immersive experience. Guests can tackle their hunger with a limited-time menu of tailgate-inspired bites including beef empanadas made with wagyu beef, sofrito and roasted tomato sauce; sweet potato fries topped with harissa spice and tzatziki sauce; or donuts with Nutella sauce and blueberry compote; among other options. Starting at 2:30 p.m., fans can bask in the excitement of game day surrounded by multiple TVs throughout the restaurant, ensuring every play is in view. Proper Eats Food Hall, located on the second-level promenade of ARIA Resort & Casino, is gearing up for the Big Game on Sunday, Feb. 9, with an all-inclusive food and beverage package starting at $200 per person.
