Game day dining will kick off with tortilla chips and salsa, and diners can indulge in an unlimited buffet of elevated stadium-inspired fare, including guacamole, house-made Caesar salad, Mediterranean salad, shrimp cocktail, chicken wings in various flavors, beef and chicken sliders, barbecue baby back ribs and Gruyère macaroni and cheese, among other selections. Whether your team wins or loses, guests will end the game with a sweet treat of  four churros and six brownie bites served with chocolate and vanilla rum sauces. The premium drink package will include well cocktails alongside specialty drinks made with Sammy Hagar’s Santo Tequila, Santo Mezquila and Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum. Beer enthusiasts can satisfy their thirst with a cold, refreshing serving of Sammy’s Red Rock Lager.
