OFF THE STRIP AT THE LINQ

This St Patrick’s Day, Las Vegas revelers can look forward to more than just the standard St. Paddy’s Day green beer at Off The Strip at The LINQ. The Strip’s liveliest bar and bistro—whose founder, Tom Goldsbury’s, motto is “If you’re gonna be alive, then I say live!”—is hosting a St. Paddy’s Day party starting at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March, 17. It’ll be the ONLY place to be on one of the year’s most festive occasions.

Off The Strip will be serving an impressive menu of Irish and Irish-inspired specialties, including:

  • Potato Chip Nachos with cheese sauce, turkey chili, tomatoes, onion and sour cream
  • Killian’s Cheddar Soup served with soda bread
  • Crisp Colcannon Cakes made with mashed potato and greens, served with spicy remoulade
  • Salt Cod and Shrimp Pie served with sherry cream, carrots, leeks and crisp pastry
  • Corned Beef and Cabbage Sliders, featuring braised corned beef brisket, cabbage slaw and brown mustard
  • Guinness-braised Shepherd’s Pie, featuring lamb braised with carrots, onion and topped with browned potatoes

Prices for St. Paddy’s Day menu items range from $10 to $22.

Enjoy the ambiance of The LINQ’s Promenade by celebrating St. Paddy’s outdoors on Off The Strip’s patio. There, guests can chow on all-beef hot “dawgs” ($5) and the special Dubliner Dog, topped with corned beef, caramelized cabbage and onion and brown mustard ($7).

Drink specials will include Jameson shots, Irish Car Bombs, Guinness specials, Shamrock Jell-O Shots and—of course—green beer. Prices for drink specials start at $2.

All St. Paddy’s Day offers will be available from 11 a.m. on March 17 until 2 a.m.

March Madness Menu
Just after St. Paddy’s Day, cause for celebration continues with Off The Strip’s March Madness Menu. During all games from March 19 – 22 and again on March 26 and 28, enjoy small plate offerings as well as beer, shot and promotional drink specials at all of Off The Strip’s bars.   • Crisp Onion Rings with beer cheese sauce

  • Homemade Chicken Breast Tenders
  • Mini Chicago Dogs with sport peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, mustard and pickles
  • Mini Chili Dogs with turkey chili, smoked cheddar cheese and green onions
  • Meatball Sliders simmered in marinara and toasted with mozzarella cheese

March Madness small-plate prices range from $10 to $13.
