The California Police Athletic Federation (CPAF), a non-profit organization committed to promoting sport and physical fitness among first responders, is thrilled to announce the second annual First Responder’s Relay presented by Bio-One, at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort and Spa on Saturday, October 15. This event will feature first responder personnel from throughout the United Station and the world representing law enforcement, firefighters, emergency medical technicians, custom and correctional officers. The First Responders Relay welcomes a connection between public safety personnel from varied backgrounds by offering the opportunity to develop camaraderie within a competitive environment.

“After the successful debut of the First Responders Relay in 2021, we are thrilled to be returning for our second year to Las Vegas,” says Larry Collins, President of the California Police Athletic Federation. “The California Police Athletic Federation is always looking for the opportunity to unite public safety athletes from around the world and the First Responders Relay was a great opportunity for this community of dedicated athletes to come together to get in shape and encourage health and wellness.”

The 48-mile race will start and finish at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort and Spa, with each stage of the relay ranging from 4.0-7.7 miles.
