Four-Course Menu Ideal for Early Dining

Ferraro’s Ristorante, conveniently located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip’s most exciting entertainment venues, announces the launch of its new four-course pre-show menu, available daily from 4 to 6 p.m. This exclusive menu offers an unrivaled Italian dining experience for locals and visitors alike, providing a convenient and memorable dining option ahead of any of the city’s world-class concerts, production shows or events.
Priced at an extraordinary value of $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity, the pre-show menu designed by executive chef Mimmo Ferraro offers a curated selection of premium ingredients, all-natural meats and seafood and fresh, hand-made pasta. The complete four-course menu follows.
Antipasti (choose one):
- Burrata – Grilled zucchini, pistachio pesto, arugula, pistachio, lemon zest
- Vitello Tonnato – Chilled roasted veal, tuna sauce, capers
- Insalata Mimmo – Valdivia tomatoes, avocado, fresh bufala mozzarella, red onion, extra virgin olive oil, 4 Foglie balsamic
Primi (choose one):
- Gnocchi Pistachio – Potato dumpling, pistachio pesto, roasted tomato, crushed pistachio
- Featured Seasonal Ravioli – Ask server for more details
Secondi (choose one):
- Branzino – Mediterranean seabass, hazelnut crust, guanciale, zucchini, tarragon, white wine, spinach
- Vitello Saltimbocca – Prosciutto, sage, white wine, fried artichoke
