THE COMPOSERS ROOM ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY ENTERTAINMENT
New Venue Brings Vintage Vegas Entertainment to Historic Commercial Center
WHAT:
The Composers Room Showlounge & Restaurant, poised as the premier destination for vintage Vegas entertainment in the Historic Commercial Center, presents its February live entertainment schedule and offers. The venue melds a tasty menu with sophisticated cocktails, set against a backdrop of musical shows and other performances that echo the grandeur and style of Vegas’s golden era.
On Thursday, Feb. 13 from 2 to 3:30 p.m., The Composers Room will host renowned singer, actress and dancer Ruby Lewis as well as Dan Ellis for an exclusive one-day Galentine’s show titled “Here’s to the Ladies who Lunch.” Lewis is known for her roles as Indigo in Cirque du Soleil’s “Paramour,” Marilyn Monroe in “Marilyn,” Peggy Lee in “Lights Out: Nat ‘King’ Cole” and “The New Musical” as well as her appearances on “Nightline” and the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Her self-conceived show “Starlet” has dazzled audiences in Las Vegas and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and she earned acclaim as Daisy in “BAZ Vegas,” where her powerful rendition of Florence Welch’s “Over the Love” became legendary.
