Easter brunch kicks off with an irresistible sticky bun that has soft, buttery layers of pastry drenched in caramel, topped with a cloud of horchata whipped cream and a burst of fresh berries, priced at $13. Also available is the beloved savory option of chilaquiles with crunchy corn tortilla chips, tomato salsa, fried eggs, avocado and cotija cheese priced at $14. Guests searching for more sweetness may choose the indulgent churro french toast made with brioche bread, tres leche custard, fresh strawberries, guava syrup and horchata icing priced at $18.
As the evening unfolds, guests can splurge on an Easter dinner centerpiece of a tender, juicy half rack of lamb that is elevated with smoky, fire-roasted rajas with papas, baby root vegetables and bright cilantro-mint salsa verde, all finished with luxurious red wine demi-glace, priced at $55. The lamb pairs with Mijo’s specialty cocktails such as the mora fumar, made with Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, blackberry, lime and cane sugar, priced at $18.
