South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa Las Vegas will be serving specialty menus this Thanksgiving, available at Baja Miguel’s, Coronado Café, Don Vito’s, Garden Buffet, Primarily Prime Rib and Silverado Steak House on Thursday, Nov. 28Reservations are encouraged and can be made online at southpointcasino.com/dining.

Baja Miguel’s will serve a three-course meal with a complimentary margarita or glass of wine for $28.95 from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., including:

  • First course: Salad Fiesta, chopped romaine & iceberg lettuce with roast corn, tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, salsa ranch dressing and tortilla strips or House Smoked Beef Brisket Tostada, smoked brisket with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and grated cheddar cheese on crisp tortilla shells with refried beans, drizzled with chipotle cream
  • Second course: Traditional Thanksgiving Feast, Freshly Roast Turkey with Apple & Chestnut Dressing, Giblet Gravy, Maple Glazed Yams, Yukon Gold Creamed Potatoes, Sautéed Green Beans and Cranberry Relish or Baja’s Branzino and Shrimp, lightly grilled fillets topped with Baja seasoned shrimp, sautéed in tequila lime butter with cilantro rice and sautéed zucchini.
  • Third course: Pumpkin pie, Miguel’s Chocolate Flan with seasonal berries and whipped cream or tea or coffee.

Coronado Café will serve a three-course meal with a complimentary cocktail or glass of wine for $17.95 from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., including:

  • First course:  Thanksgiving Salad Bowl, chopped romaine and iceberg lettuce with teardrop tomatoes,
  • diced apples, sundried cranberries and candied pecans, apple cider vinaigrette or Autumn Harvest Corn and Potato Chowder.
  • Second course: Traditional Thanksgiving Feast, freshly roast turkey with apple & chestnut dressing, giblet gravy, maple glazed yams, Yukon gold creamed potatoes, sautéed green beans and cranberry relish or Grilled Rainbow Trout with Rock Shrimp, grilled fillet of trout topped by rock shrimp sautéed with pecan butter, served with glazed yams or Yukon gold mashed potatoes and green beans.
  • Third course: Pumpkin pie, Warm apple and cranberry dumpling with crème anglaise or tea or coffee
  • Also serving regular and Chinese menus
  • Daily lunch special will not available

 

Don Vito’s will serve a three-course meal with a complimentary bottle of the wine of the month for every two adults for $49 from 2 – 9 p.m., including:

  • First course: Seafood Cannelloni, pasta sheets rolled with seafood ragout, topped with fresh pomodoro sauce and melted provolone or Autumn Harvest Corn and Potato Chowder with Crème Fraiche or Pellegrino’s Pear Salad, seasonal lettuce and arugula with sliced poach pear, sundried cranberries and toasted pecans, tossed in a creamy pear dressing or Classic Italian Turkey Meatballs, freshly ground turkey blended with Italian seasoning and Romano cheese, simmered in lightly spiced tomato cream sauce with Italian bread.
  • Second course: Traditional Thanksgiving Feast, freshly carved roast turkey, with apple and chestnut dressing, giblet gravy, maple glazed yams, Yukon gold creamed potatoes, sautéed green beans and baked acorn squash with cranberry relish or Pecan Crusted Branzino, pan seared fillets with tomatoes and capers in lemon butter sauce, served over mushroom risotto with green beans or Roast Pork Tenderloin Aglio, sliced garlic rubbed tenderloin over tagliatelle with fava beans and oyster mushrooms in a cream sauce.
  • Third course: Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream, Italian Cream Cake with Cointreau flavored cream and seasonal berries or Peanut Butter Mousse Cake, chocolate cake with peanut butter mousse with whipped cream and raspberries or tea or coffee

Garden Buffet will serve a full buffet for $28.95 (with a Club card) or $31.95 (without a Club Card) Limited breakfast items and bottomless Bloody Mary’s will be served until 11 a.m. From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. will include two glasses of wine, sangria, draft beer or champagne.

  • Featuring: garden fresh action salad bar, the season’s finest freshly tossed Caesars, harvest & spinach salads variety of house made salads, seasonal fruits and berries with yogurt and whipped cream, chicken tortilla soup, harvest corn and potato chowder and white bean chili, peel and eat shrimp, shrimp cocktail and California rolls
  • From the carving station: Traditional homestyle roast turkey with all the trimmings, slow roasted prime rib of beef
  • Also serving rotisserie lemon peppered chicken, glazed salmon with hoisin & ginger sauce, roast pork loin with glazed apples and calvados cream, build your own pasta station, beef stroganoff with alpine noodles, Louisiana chicken & sausage gumbo, chicken tandoori, Italian sausage, penne pasta, tomatoes, green peas in carbonara sauce, golden fried shrimp,  house smoked pork ribs, Mongolian grill and wok cooking to order, harvest fresh vegetables and roast baby potatoes.

Primarily Prime Rib will serve a three-course meal with a bottle of wine of the month for every two adults for $45 from 2 – 9 p.m., including:

  • First course: Thanksgiving Salad Bowl, romaine and Boston lettuce with sliced pears, dried cranberries, candied pecans, teardrop tomatoes, tossed with white apple cider vinaigrette or Corn and Wild Rice Soufflé, served over fresh tomato sauce and topped with crisp leeks or Blackened Lobster Mac & Cheese, lightly spiced lobster folded with conchiglie pasta in a creamy white cheddar sauce and golden glazed or Autumn Harvest Corn and Potato Chowder
  • Traditional Thanksgiving Feast, freshly carved roast turkey with apple & chestnut dressing, giblet gravy, maple glazed yams, Yukon gold creamed potatoes, sautéed green beans and baked acorn squash with cranberry relish or New York Steak Au Poivre, 10oz. New York steak pan seared with green peppercorns finished with cognac and fresh cream, served with shoestring potatoes and sautéed green beans or Seafood Florentine, shrimp, scallops and muscles with spinach and red peppers, simmered in a cream sauce. served over spinach fettuccine with parmesan crostini.
  • Roast Prime Rib of Nebraska Beef, 10oz. cut of dry aged prime rib slowly cooked for full flavor or Colonial Chicken Breast, free range chicken breast sautéed with leeks and mushrooms or glazed with bourbon infused maple syrup or Twin Duroc Pork Chops, lightly grilled center cut loin chops, topped with onion rings simmered with our special B.B.Q. sauce or Grilled Herb Crusted Fillet of Salmon with spiced honey drizzle and lemon butter sauce.
  • Third course: Pumpkin pie with whipped cream or Mango Mousse, topped with fresh raspberries and whipped cream or Warm Apple and Raisin Strudel, cinnamon spiced apples and raisins baked in flaky phyllo dough with crème anglaise or Pumpkin and Chocolate Roll chocolate cake rolled with pumpkin cream cheese filling with seasonal berries and whipped cream or tea or coffee

Silverado Steak House will serve a four-course meal with a bottle of wine of the month for every two adults for $66 from 3 – 10 p.m., including:

  • First course: Mayflower Portobellini, portobellini mushrooms filled with cinnamon flavored butternut squash mousse, drizzled with maple butter sauce or Smoked Turkey Tostada, smoked turkey breast with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and grated cheese on crisp tortillas with cranberry relish and crème fraiche drizzle or Chilled Shrimp Cocktail with Louise rose sauce.
  • Second course: Autumn Harvest Corn and Potato Chowder with Crème Fraiche or Pilgrim Salad, spinach and butter leaf lettuce, diced apples & pears with pecans, tossed in a creamy goat cheese dressing or Silverado Salad Bowl with champagne dressing tossed tableside.
  • Third course: Traditional Thanksgiving Feast, freshly carved roast turkey with apple and chestnut dressing, giblet gravy, maple glazed yams, Yukon gold creamed potatoes, sautéed green beans and baked acorn squash with cranberry relish or Peppered Tournedos of Beef, seared pink peppercorn encrusted tournedos of beef with blue cheese crostini and garlic demi, served with whipped potatoes and green beans or Shrimp and Scallop Brochettes, grilled skewers of shrimp and scallops with charred scallions and tomatoes with an old bay cream sauce, served over saffron rice pilaf and green beans.
  • Fourth course: Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream or Warm Pecan Tart with butter pecan ice cream or Fresh Berry Trifle, seasonal berries layered with sponge cake and cream mousse or tea or coffee.
