Top of the World, The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower’s award-winning restaurant towering more than 800 feet above the Las Vegas Strip, will feature an enticing specialty menu in honor of Father’s Day, a
vailable exclusively from Friday, June 14 to Sunday, June 16.
Selections will include the Money in the Bank cocktail, crafted with Aberfeldy 18 year scotch, yuzu marmalade and Angostura aromatic bitters, priced at $38; the dry rubbed porterhouse entrée featuring a 32-ounce porterhouse steak with creamed spinach and onion straws, priced at $135; and the Dad’s Nightcap dessert made with chocolate and espresso crumb cake, vanilla bean whipped cream and burnt whiskey caramel, priced at $18.
Top of the World, with its floor-to-ceiling windows providing panoramic views of the city as the restaurant revolves 360 degrees every 80 minutes, is the premier destination to celebrate Father’s Day. In addition to the special selections, it will also serve its award-winning daily menu that showcases premium steaks and seafood complemented by fresh, seasonal ingredients, including the impressive Fire and Ice Seafood stacked high with Australian lobster, King crab, oysters and more; exceptional steaks including a Wagyu rib cap, a Wagyu New York and tomahawk chop; seared Scottish salmon; roasted half Mary’s chicken and more. A recipient of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 27 years running, Top of the World also offers an extensive selection of wines curated by Lead Sommelier Richard Gallen.
