FASHION SHOW LAS VEGAS TO HOST VIBRANT ENTERTAINMENT IN HONOR OF HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH AND MEXICAN INDEPENDENCE DAY
The iconic shopping destination will celebrate the festive holiday with traditional dance performances, mariachis and the return of the You Are Beautiful activation
WHAT:
Continuing its efforts to celebrate diversity, Fashion Show Las Vegas (FSLV) will commemorate Hispanic Heritage Month and Mexican Independence Day with festive activations. Starting Sunday, Sept. 15, the renowned destination will host delightful live traditional entertainment, the return of their dynamic art installation, You Are Beautiful and specials at select retailers. - You Are Beautiful – Sunday, Sept. 15 through Friday, Oct. 11 – Created by Chicago artist Matthew Hoffman, the inspirational exhibit will return to the famed shopping center with a twist. For Hispanic Heritage Month and Mexican Independence Day, You Are Beautiful will display Spanish and English sayings and affirmations as guests celebrate themselves and their cultures with tags modeled after the traditional papel picado banners, creating a unique showcase of cultural pride.
- Mexican Independence Day Celebration – Sunday, Sept. 15 – FSLV will kick-off Mexican Independence Day with an exciting event on Sunday, Sept. 15. From noon to 3 p.m., guests can enjoy live entertainment in The Great Hall, including mariachi music, traditional dance performances, and a DJ spinning top Latin music.
Alongside Hispanic Heritage Month festivities, Fashion Show Las Vegas is proud to be home to an array of Latinx-owned retail brands across the destination. Visitors are welcomed to shop esteemed fashion labels such as Carolina Herrera, Johanna Ortiz, and Farm Rio, alongside beauty favorites Ceremonia, Hyper Skin, and Rare Beauty.
