Minus5 Ice Bar Monte Carlo allows guests the perfect cool escape from the Las Vegas heat. Minus5 provides guests with a total subarctic experience, inside of a bar made entirely of ice. The walls, the bar, the seating, and even the drink glasses are made entirely of ice. Guests are invited to come chill at the Minus5 Monte Carlo location Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. and Friday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 3 a.m.
