Spend Valentine’s Day at South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa! The property will celebrate with five different specialty menus.

 

Baja Miguel’s will serve a three-course meal beginning Feb. 13 through Feb. 15 from 4—10 p.m. for $27.95 per person. Each meal will include a margarita or a glass of wine for each guest.

  • First course: Miguel’s Tostadas, cilantro and lime marinated chicken on crisp tortillas with refried beans, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, Monterey jack cheese and guacamole or Baja’s Salad Bowl, spring greens with teardrop tomatoes, black olives, diced jicama and salsa cream dressing or Miguel’s Camaron Cótel, chilled shrimp with tequila laced avocado cream over chopped lettuce.
  • Second course: Chili Relleno Del Mar, grilled poblano peppers filled with Monterey jack cheese, topped with shrimp and crab in a tequila cream sauce and pomegranate seeds or De Los Campos, twin 3 oz. filets of beef sauteed with mushroom and finished in cognac cream sauce. All served with Elóte and Spanish rice.
  • Third course: Red velvet heart cake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream or Passion Fruit Mousse with tequila infused mango and papaya.

Coronado Café will serve a three-course meal on Feb. 14 from 11 a.m.—10 p.m. for $17.95. Each meal includes a glass of wine or cocktail per person.

  • First course: Cream of Asparagus Soup or Valentine’s Salad Bowl, spring lettuce, teardrop tomatoes, mandarin oranges, toasted pecans and apple cider dressing.
  • Second course: Crab Stuffed Fillet of salon with chive and lime cream or Grilled Chicken Breast Coronado with grilled bacon, mushroom caps and Bearnaise sauce. All served with seasonal vegetables and whipped potatoes.
  • Third course: Fresh Fruit Salad with raspberry sorbet or Red Velvet Heart Cake with strawberries and whipped cream.
  • Includes tea or coffee.
  • Also serving regular and Chinese menus 

Don Vito’s will serve a three-course meal on Feb. 13 through Feb. 15 from 5—10 p.m. for $49 per person. This includes a bottle of the Wine of the Month for every two people.

  • First course: Butternut Squash Ravioli, with shaved fennel, pine nuts and brown butter sauce or Two Hearts Salad Bowl, artichoke hearts and heart of palm with romaine lettuce, roasted tomatoes, bell peppers, raspberry vinaigrette and gorgonzola cheese or Tortellini Zappa Toscana, sauteed Italian sausage in chicken broth with kale and tortellini pasta
  • Second course: Chicken Oliva, free range chicken breast filled with pancetta, spinach and ricotta cheese pan seared with mushroom and marsala sauce or Rose or Parma, sliced roast tenderloin of beef rolled with prosciutto and parmigiano Reggiano cheese with Italian roast garlic sauce, served with farfalle pomodoro and seasonal vegetables or Seafood Asti, shrimp and crabmeat folded in champagne cream over spinach tagliatelle.
  • Third course: Lovers Heart Mousse Cake, raspberry sponge cake with white chocolate mousse and fresh berry sauce or Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake with seasonal berries and whipped cream or The Godfather’s Choice “A Dessert You Can’t Refuse”, rich chocolate brownie topped with cappuccino gelato, Bailey’s Irish cream chocolate sauce with whipped cream and toasted almonds.

Primarily Prime Rib will serve a three-course meal beginning on Feb. 13 through Feb. 15 from 4—10 p.m. for $45 per person. This includes a bottle of the Wine of the Month for every two people.

  • First course: Chicken and Mushroom Crepes, tender chicken and mushrooms in a cream sauce, folded in thin crepes and topped with light cream sauce or Crab and Avocado Toast, grilled rustic bread with burrata cheese, sliced avocado, crab meat and watercress cream drizzle or Cream of Asparagus Soup with crème fraiche or A Salad of Love, seasonal lettuce with teardrop tomatoes, cucumber, mandarin oranges, chive and champagne vinaigrette.
  • Second course: Roast Prime Rib of Beef, 10 oz. slowly roasted for full flavor or Grilled Fillet of Salmon Princess, topped with asparagus tips and Choron sauce or Chicken Saltimbocca, sauteed chicken breast with prosciutto, fresh basil and fontina cheese, simmered with marsala sauce or Surf and Turf Platter (for two people), 2 medallions of beef with merlot reduction and sauteed lemon buttered shrimp on wilted spinach. All served with baked, chateau or whipped Yukon Gold potatoes and broccolini.
  • Third course: Red Velvet Heart Cake with whipped cream and chocolate shavings or Chocolate Tulip Cup with white chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries or S’mores to Share, mason jar with layers of chocolate mousse, marshmallow cream and graham cookies with two white chocolate dipped strawberries.

Silverado Steak House will serve a four-course meal on Feb.13 through Feb. 15 from 5—10 p.m. for $64 per person. This includes a bottle of the Wine of the Month for every two people.

  • First course: Roasted Baby Portabella Mushrooms, filled with boursin cheese, prosciutto and spinach, drizzled with chardonnay butter sauce or Blackened Sea Scallops N’ Orleans, served on trinity rice with creole cream sauce or Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps, teriyaki seasoned chicken with carrot strings, bean sprouts and water chestnuts with crisp iceberg lettuce leaves.
  • Second course: Salad of Love, frisée and bibb lettuce, teardrop tomatoes and hearts of palm, tossed in opal basil vinaigrette with sourdough garlic croutons or Cream of Asparagus Soup with crème fraiche.
  • Third course: Steak Diane, sauteed medallions of beef, flamed in cognac and finished with rich mushroom wine sauce or Seared White Sea Bass, pan seared fillet topped with rock shrimp, tomato and basil relish over red cream or Marry Me Chicken, sauteed chicken breast in a sundried tomato cream sauce with mushrooms and artichoke hearts or Lovers Surf and Turf (for two people), grilled and sliced New York steak topped with merlot reduction and four grilled shrimp with citrus butter, wilted spinach and mushrooms. All are served with seasonal vegetables and Parisian potatoes.
  • Fourth course: Mango Mousse Cake with seasonal berries or Peach Melba, half peach over vanilla bean ice cream with melba sauce, whipped cream and toasted almonds or Strawberry and Orange Upside Down Cake with sponge cake with brown sugar glazed strawberries and oranges with whipped cream
