The highly anticipated remodel of La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway, Morton Group’s treasured destination at Wynn Las Vegas, makes its debut this Wednesday, Aug. 21. Embracing the timeless European sensibility of the original design, the remodel reveals a broad transformation of the main dining area and the addition of a striking and contemporary bar in the garden room.
