Framed by Red Rock Canyon, JW Marriott Las Vegas The Resort At Summerlin has announced food and beverage specials, spa offerings, and updated hours for the month of May.

HAWTHORN GRILL

• Treat Mom to a special three-course Mother’s Day menu on Sunday, May 11 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Available for $95 per person, the menu includes:
  • Appetizer choice of:
    • Burrata with Fresh Peach, Green Bean, Hazelnuts, Honeycomb, Honey Citrus Vinaigrette, and Country Bread.
    • White Asparagus with Poached Oyster and Caviar.
  • Entrée choice of:
    • Salmon that has been lightly seared and covered in Sorrel Sauce.
    • NY Steak with Rossini Sauce
  • Dessert
    • St. Horne with Fresh Berries and Grand Marnier Bavarian Cream
    • Chocolate Mousse Parfait layered in Strawberry Cake

• 104 oz Braised Short Rib Dinner For Two. Served every Sunday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. throughout May for $105 per person. Includes a mouth-watering 104-ounce Braised Beef Shank served with Mushroom Fricassee, Herb Roasted Potatoes, and Provencal tomatoes.

• Daily breakfast featuring elevated twists on classic breakfast dishes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Served daily from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., the Hawthorn Grill Breakfast Menu includes:
  • Avocado Toast with Two Sunny Eggs, Smashed Avocado, Pico de Gallo, Frisee, Radish, Heirloom Tomato, and Lime Vinaigrette on Multigrain Bread.

• Five-course Mother’s Day Menu for $79 per person. Served from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday, May 11, the Mother’s Day menu includes:
  • Fried Shrimp Wonton with Honey Mayo Sauce, Shrimp Paste, and Wonton Skin.
  • Thai Salmon Sushi Roll with Crab Meat, Cucumber, Mango, Salmon, Avocado, Thai Chili, Spicy Mayo Sauce, Siracha, and Eel Sauce.
  • 9 Market Fried Rice with Beef, Tomato, Basil, Onion, Thai Chilli, and Egg.
  • Lobster Meat Rice Noodles with Cabbage, Carrot, Onion, Green Onion, and Bean Sprout.

Updated Spa Aquae hours
Spa Aquae will operate throughout the renovation, with select dark hours throughout. Updated hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. All spa, salon and barber treatments and services are still available during this time, with aquatic spa amenities temporarily unavailable.

May Pool Hours & Offers
The resort pool is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with extended hours from May 2 through September 7 of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. The pool is free for hotel guests. Poolside standard and grand cabanas are also available to guests visiting this season.
