Day At Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca
Get a taste of all things linguine at Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson. The vibrant Italian restaurant will celebrate National Linguine Day with a specialty linguine dish, available exclusively from 4 to 11 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 15.
Bottiglia Executive Chef Alessandro Capuano will transport guests to Southern Italy with the specially-prepared linguine alle vongole. The dish features Manila clams, shallots, Calabrian chilies, cherry tomatoes and a white wine butter sauce, priced at $31. The dish warrants a special invitation to enjoy time with friends and family inside the restaurants’ picturesque dining room or airy patio boasting a firepit and tranquil views of Green Valley Ranch.
Guests are also invited to explore Bottiglia’s diverse wine menu, which boasts red, white, sparkling and pink varietals from around the world, including France, Germany, New Zealand, Italy, California, Oregon, Washington and more.
