A night celebrating Justin Wines perfectly paired with signature Emeril’s fare
WHAT: For one night only on Friday, July 26, Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House Chef de Cuisine Heath Cicerelli and Winemaker Scott Shirley of Justin Vineyards & Winery of Paso Robles, Calif., collaborate at the restaurant in MGM Grand Las Vegas to curate an exclusive, interactive dinner, combining Chef Emeril Lagasse’s original recipes with hand-selected wines from the Justin Vineyards cellar. The Wine & Dine Experience is $135 per person plus tax and gratuity with wine pairings included.
