Aqua Seafood & Caviar Restaurant in Resorts World, Emmitt’s Vegas at Fashion Show, Basilico Ristorante Italiano in Southwest Las Vegas, and The Stove NV in Henderson are some of the many restaurants that are participating in Las Vegas Restaurant Week this year from Monday, June 3 to Friday, June 14. A portion of proceeds from the specially-crafted menus will go towards supporting Three Square Food Bank.

“Now in its 16th year, Las Vegas Restaurant Week gives restaurants in our community the opportunity to give back through the culinary arts.

Las Vegas Restaurant Week is an annual 12-day event, held every spring, that encourages people to dine out for a good meal, a good value, and a good cause. The city’s finest restaurants offer special three-course prix fixe menus, donating a small portion of proceeds to Three Square Food Bank.

Aqua Seafood & Caviar Restaurant

Aqua Seafood & Caviar Restaurant, by Michelin-starred Chef, Shaun Hergatt, will be offering a Prix-fixe, four-course menu priced at $80 per person

 

  • First Course (Choice of):
  • Shrimp Toast with 3 Caviar Sauce
  • Australian Caesar Salad made with Bacon, Egg, Avocado, Parmesan and Crouton
  • Or Salmon Tartare made with Quail Egg, Brioche and Fennel Fronds
  • Second Course (Choice of):
  • Spaghetti Pomodoro made with San Marzano Tomatoes and fresh Basil
