EL LUCHADOR MEXICAN KITCHEN + CANTINA TAKES ON THE WEEKEND WITH A NEW BRUNCH AND KEEPS THE PARTY GOING WITH MARGARITA MONDAY
El Luchador’s new brunch menu available at both restaurant locations every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
El Luchador Mexican Kitchen + Cantina takes on the weekend with a body-slamming new brunch menu. Available every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the El Luchador brunch menu highlights Chef Aaron Bryan’s twists on Mexican cuisine staples thanks to his SoCal roots and his eclectic experience ranging from high-end culinary institutions to cooking with heart and soul for his friends and family.
Current brunch specials (subject to change), include:
- CHORIZO BURRITO – Flour Tortilla with Chorizo, eggs, potatoes, onions and peppers. Served with fruit. $13.99
- SOPES BENEDICT – Traditional Sopes served with a choice of meat, poached eggs, chipotle hollandaise and breakfast papas. $13.99
- BREAKFAST SANDWICH – Telera bread topped with chipotle aioli, a choice of meat, egg, cheese and fresh guacamole. Served with fruit. $11.99
- CHEF’S BRUNCH SPECIAL – Price will vary Specials include Churro French Toast, Breakfast Torta, Skillets and Huevos Rancheros
The party continues into the week, with the beginning of El Luchador’s Margarita Mondays, where guests can enjoy half-priced margaritas every Monday. Boasting more than 80 Tequilas and Mezcals, El Luchador’s spirits menu knocks even the pickiest Tequila drinker off the top rope. Specialty margaritas include the world-famous El Luchador Margarita (Silver Tequila, Fresh Lime Juice, Organic Agave Nectar), The Caddy in LV (818 Blanco, Lime, Agave and Grand Marnier) and El Coco (Gran Centenario Plata, Coconut, Pineapple, Lime and Tiki Bitters).
