American rock bands Rival Sons & Clutch will take on Sin City to co-headline Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas on Thursday, October 10.
Rival Sons, originating from Long Beach, California, was established in 2009, comprising vocalist Jay Buchanan, guitarist Scott Holiday, bassist Dave Beste, and drummer Michael Miley. Over the years, the band has unveiled eight studio albums. Notably, they clinched the Breakthrough Artist accolade at the Classic Rock Roll of Honour Awards in 2012 and secured nominations for two GRAMMY Awards in 2019. Their single “Too Bad” earned a nod for Best Rock Performance, while their sixth studio album, “Feral Roots,” was nominated for Best Rock Album.
Clutch, hailing from Germantown, Maryland, since 1991, stands as an emblem of enduring rock excellence. Consisting of Tim Sult, Dan Maines, Jean-Paul Gaster, and Neil Fallon, the band has sculpted a storied career with 13 studio albums and the establishment of their own label, Weathermaker Music, in 2008. Their landmark release, “Earth Rocker,” in 2013, not only garnered critical acclaim, including Album of the Year from Metalhammer, but also achieved remarkable commercial success, reaching No. 4 on iTunes’ overall Top 100 album charts and topping the rock chart. This triumph culminated in “Earth Rocker” securing the No. 15 spot on the Billboard Top 200 Chart, marking Clutch’s highest chart position to date. Throughout their journey, Clutch continues to embody the essence of rock music, captivating audiences with their distinctive sound and unwavering dedication to their craft.
