Guests can celebrate Easter Weekend with a family-friendly brunch on
Saturday, April 19, and a specialty menu on Sunday, April 20.
Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch Spa and Casino in Henderson, invites families to hop into the spirit of the season with a festive Easter Weekend celebration. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 19, Bottiglia will transform into a lively springtime escape, complete with Easter Bunny meet-and-greets, face painting, balloon art and other delightful surprises for the whole family. On Sunday, April 20, guests can enjoy exclusive Easter specials available during both brunch and dinner service. Reservations are encouraged and may be made here.
To add a playful twist to the holiday, guests can raise a glass with the Peeptini, crafted with vodka, heavy cream, grenadine, pink sugar, shredded coconut and topped with a marshmallow Peep, priced at $18. In addition to Bottiglia’s fresh Tuscan-style fare, the menu will also feature indulgent options such as arancini formaggi, a savory blend of mozzarella, Parmigiano, pecorino, provolone and fontina served with pesto and garlic aioli, priced at $19; king crab manicotti layered with lemon béchamel, asiago, zucchini, sun-dried tomato beurre blanc and lemon basil breadcrumbs, priced at $42 and the bistecca Fiorentina, a Tuscan porterhouse served with a mixed salad tossed in lemon capri dressing with shaved ricotta salata, pepperoncini and Mediterranean olives, priced at $56. To end on a sweet note, guests can crack into the chocolate Easter egg filled with candy treasures and a silky chocolate mousse, priced at $15.
