‘Spritz Life’ – A Celebration of Italy’s Quintessential Cocktail: Beginning March 19, ‘Spritz Life’ brings the joy of Italy’s aperitivo culture to Las Vegas with a curated selection of 26 variations of the iconic cocktail. For a limited time, each of Eataly’s restaurants and bars will offer their own selection of unique spritz creations that can’t be found anywhere else, plus refreshing non-alcoholic options. Spritz Festa, March 28: Continuing the spritz celebration, Eataly Las Vegas will host a Spritz Festa on March 28 from 1 – 4 p.m. Over 20 thirst-quenching tasting stations will pour everything from flavorful Pallini Spritzes to the classic Aperol Spritz. The lively celebration will unfold throughout the newly renovated marketplace, transporting guests to the charming streets of Italy in springtime, accompanied by the rhythm of live music. Tickets are free, but guests are encouraged to RSVP to reserve their spot here.
A Taste of ‘Gelato alla Grande’: Indulge in Italy’s beloved handcrafted gelato with the return of ‘Gelato alla Grande’. Available at Il Gelato starting March 19, ‘Gelato alla Grande’ features an array of gelato and sorbetto creations crafted with the finest ingredients imported directly from Italy. Whether ordering from the menu or creating a custom concoction, ‘Gelato alla Grande’ has something to satisfy every sweet tooth. From rich affogatos to decadent coppa creations, guests can select their choice of housemade gelato or sorbetto, syrups, and lavish toppings like chocolate chips, pistachios, pirouettes, walnuts, orange peels, Amarena cherries, and more. Flavors of the season include ananas (pineapple) sorbetto, mango sorbetto, and Aperol sorbetto (must be 21+ to purchase).
‘Restaurant Fest’: This March, Eataly will celebrate its annual ‘Restaurant Fest’ with a limited-time program at La Pizza & La Pasta featuring iconic Italian dishes. Running from March 12 through March 30, this exclusive lunch and dinner offer will start at $46 for a 3-course menu and wine carafes starting at $19. Menu highlights include Linguine al Pesto Genovese con Stracciatella, Rigatoni alla Carbonara di Asparagi, Ravioli Freschi di Ricotta alla Nerano, and classic Italian dessert.
