April Entertainment Lineup
The hidden speakeasy presents a sultry experience
focused on high-end cocktails and live music
Easy’s Cocktail Lounge, the sultry speakeasy hidden within the highly lauded Proper Eats Food Hall at ARIA Resort & Casino, has revealed its entertainment schedule and special events for April. Highlights for the month include an April Fool’s Day comedy show and the return of Country Night. Reservations can be made online here.
Special Events:
- Comedy Show: Saturday, April 1
- Easy’s Cocktail Lounge invites guests to laugh like never before at its April Fools’ Comedy Show, starting at 8 p.m. The one-night-only event will feature hilarious stand-up comedy, jaw-dropping close-up magic tricks, and live music, all rolled into one unforgettable evening. Catch Steve Byrne, Colin Foster, and Gary Canno as they take the stage for a night of laughter and amusement. Guests can enjoy the show while sipping on exclusive April Fools’ cocktail specials, including the “Paparazzi Please,” a refreshing mix of Monkey 47 Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut champagne.
- Country Night: Monday, April 10
- It’s time to boot-scoot over to Easy’s as Country Night is back, this time with an unforgettable performance by country sensation Siena, for an evening filled with soulful tunes and southern charm starting at 8 p.m. Siena, a Las Vegas-born country star now based in Nashville, is making her debut at Easy’s after recently performing the National Anthem on the hit show “Yellowstone.”
Spotlight Mondays:
Visit Easy’s each Monday for a secretive soirée catering to musicians throughout the industry. With past appearances from members of Lifehouse and Boyz II Men as well as musicians who have shared the stage with artists like Adele, Spotlight Mondays offers plenty of surprises and musical delights. Spotlight Mondays in April will take place on the following dates featuring live performances from the JC Trio:

Thursday Collective:
Featuring live music entertainment, expert bartenders and extraordinary cocktail creations, Easy’s Thursday Collective presents dazzling acoustic performances from solo artists and trios every Thursday from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Easy’s menu includes an assortment of classic mixed drinks, wine and beer, as well as bottle and caviar service. Easy’s is also well-known for its over-the-top “show stopper” cocktails and specialty drinks, including 3 Lil Bears, made with Belvedere vodka, cranberry, cantaloupe and honeydew juices, lime, Solerno, served over three watermelon bears and topped with prosecco; as well as the theatrical Smoke Show, made with Angel’s Envy bourbon, banana liqueur, sweet vermouth, chocolate bitters, served with tobacco wrapped chocolate and candied cigarettes and presented in a vintage cigar box.
