AMARI Italian Kitchen Introduces Warm, Seasonal
Flavors with New Fall Menu at UnCommons

AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop at UnCommons, located in Southwest Las Vegas across from the new Durango Casino & Resort, has unveiled its new fall menu, crafted with a dedication to seasonal ingredients and traditional Italian techniques. Known for its elegant, rustic cuisine, AMARI’s autumn additions highlight fresh flavors in starters, entrées and pastas.

New to the shareable starters menu, the squash blossoms are stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone and drizzled with Calabrian honey, while the tuna crudo features tonnato sauce, baby turnip and citrus for a refreshing, light dish. For a touch of spice and comfort, the steamed clams are prepared in a white wine and garlic broth with “fra diavolo” sauce.

Main dishes such as Antarctic salmon served with broccolini and a bright salsa rossa and braised beef cheek with creamy polenta, glazed root vegetables and crispy chips offer selections for seafood and meat enthusiasts. The pan-seared branzino is complemented by Castelvetrano olives, orzo and saffron aioli for a coastal Mediterranean touch, while the hanger steak is paired with crispy potatoes and salsa verde, fusing rustic and elevated flavors.

Seasonal pastas highlight the rich flavors of fall such as the cheese ravioli combining savory Italian sausage and tender winter greens in a robust marinara. Stuffed gnocchi is filled with roasted winter squash, sage and brown butter with a touch of poppy seeds for a perfect balance of warmth and texture. The final new entrée, squid ink mafaldine, reimagines shrimp scampi with squid ink pasta, capers and uni-tomato butter, adding depth to every bite.

These decadent selections can be paired with one of AMARI’s thoughtfully-crafted cocktails, such as the recently added Alpine Peak with Bulleit bourbon, Pasubio Amaro, fall spice and apple cider or the Amore Tesoro featuring Glendalough Rose gin, berries, peaches, honey and lemon. Guests can also sip on Italian and domestic wines, with take-home bottles available for purchase at the wine market.

With its thoughtful approach to Italian cuisine, AMARI’s new fall menu showcases the restaurant’s commitment to authenticity and seasonal freshness. Set on UnCommons vibrant campus, AMARI is open from 3 to 5:30 p.m. daily for happy hour, from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday for dinner, and noon to 2:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday for lunch. Reservations and more information are available by calling (725) 285-0450 or visiting the website at www.AmariLV.com. AMARI is on Instagram at @AmariLasVegas and Facebook at AmariLasVegas.
