Wayne Newton to Bring Holiday Spirit and Vegas
Showmanship to The Edge Pavilion in December
The Edge Pavilion, Laughlin, Nevada’s premier live entertainment venue, located at Edgewater Casino Resort, will host a night of yuletide cheer featuring legendary vocalist Wayne Newton. Famously known as Mr. Las Vegas, Newton will bring world-class tunes and merry good times when he sleighs into town for a special holiday performance on Saturday, Dec. 7.
Newton’s six decades in entertainment have earned him a reputation as one of the best in show business. Iconic hits like “Danke Schoen” and “Daddy, Don’t You Walk So Fast” are mainstays in Newton’s dazzling performances, which have spanned over 25,000 Las Vegas shows and to audiences of more than 40 million people over the course of his career. An accomplished musician and actor, he has starred in iconic films like “Vegas Vacation” and the hit TV show, “Hacks.” His achievements have earned him a star on Hollywood Walk of Fame and even the very first star etched into the Las Vegas Walk of Fame. Newton will use the depth of his talents to spread holiday cheer through renditions of timeless Christmas classics and his greatest hits for a once-in-a-lifetime performance when he travels to Laughlin in December.
Tickets for Newton’s holiday show at The Edge Pavilion on Saturday, Dec. 7 will start at $49 and will be for sale to the public starting on Thursday, Aug. 22 beginning at 10 a.m. PDT. True Rewards Players Club members will be given exclusive access to purchase presale tickets from 10 a.m. PDT on Wednesday, Aug. 21 through 9 a.m. PDT on Thursday, Aug. 22.
