Downtown Rocks Free Concert Series – Memorial Day Weekend Lineup
Fremont Street Experience’s free concert series, Downtown Rocks, will mark the start of summer this Memorial Day Weekend with back-to-back performances by pop rock band X Ambassadors on Saturday, May 28 and Starship featuring Mickey Thomas on Sunday, May 29. Known for hits like “Renegades” and “Unsteady”, X Ambassadors will hit the 3rd Street stage at 9pm Saturday night. Starship featuring Mickey Thomas (“Sara”, “Nothing’s Going to Stop Us Now”, and “We Built This City”) will close out the holiday weekend on Sunday on the 1st Street stage at 9pm.
