DON VITO’S AND SILVERADO STEAK HOUSE INSIDE
SOUTH POINT HOTEL, CASINO & SPA DEBUT UPDATED MENUS
South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa has enhanced their dining experiences with updated menus at a few of its award-winning restaurants. Guests at Don Vito’s and Silverado Steak House will be able to celebrate the Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence that was recently awarded to both restaurants with brand new menu items and updated prices.
Don Vito’s has the same great quality and portion sizes with lower prices. The Italian favorite has also debuted delicious new appetizers and salads including burrata, melon and prosciutto ($9), antipasto board ($10 for one, $15 for two), stuffed clams imperial ($11) and the Italian wedge ($10). Diners can also try some new mouthwatering pasta dishes like the house-made fettuccini ($16), five cheese ravioli ($18), baked ziti ($19), gemelli with Italian sausage ($21) and braised short rib cannelloni ($23). Guest favorites, including Vito’s spaghetti and meatballs ($17), veal parmesan ($29) and chicken piccata ($24) are also available. Additional new specialties include the pan-seared salmon ($29), chianti-braised costa di Manzo ($29), old country lasagna ($19), steak pizzaiola ($31) and veal chop petroniana ($39). All entrees are served with an amazing artisan bread basket and dip, and guests have a choice of a salad tossed tableside, soup or veggies to accompany their entrees. Silverado Steak House has returned with the same menu that guests know and love, with a few twists. Guests can enjoy appetizer prices that are $1 lower, as well as entrée prices that are $2-3 lower. Silverado Steak House is open Sundays – Thursdays from 5 to 10 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 5 to 11 p.m. The full menu can be found HERE.
